Pitch the Plains Statewide Business Model Competition

Pitch the Plains, hosted by Launch Rural OK, brings entrepreneurs from across Oklahoma together to showcase their businesses, strengthen their pitches, and connect with mentors, investors, and community leaders.
Applications open September 25.
Who Should Apply?
Pitch the Plains is open to:
- Innovators, entrepreneurs, and small business owners referred by or affiliated with a Rural Ecosystem Builders organization (e.g., OKFB, REI, SBDC, CareerTech, i2E, etc.)
- 2nd Place Champions and other participants from the Southeast, Southwest, Northeast, and Northwest Business Model Competition.
NOTE: If you were a 1st place champion from any of the aforementioned regional business model competitions, you are automatically entered in to the competition.
What You’ll Need to Apply
- General intake form
- Executive summary (2 pages)
- Pitch deck (10-12 slides)
- 3-5 year financial outlook
- Pitch video
Key Dates
- Applications Open: September 25
- Finalists Notified by October 30
- Pitch Training: November 4, November 5, and November 12
- Event Date: November 18 at The Verge OKC in Oklahoma City
